Cases
Grievances and complaints, handled so the record stands up
A workplace case is judged later on how it was handled. This keeps the composition, the clock and the confidentiality right while it is running.
- A harassment complaint is visible only to its Internal Committee and the people involved
- The 90-day inquiry period tracked from the day the case opens
- Committee composition checked against what the Act prescribes

Every kind of case, with its own clock
Grievances, disciplinary matters and complaints under the harassment Act, each with the statutory period that applies to it counting down rather than remembered.

Confidentiality enforced on the server
A harassment complaint is visible only to its Internal Committee, to the people involved, and to whoever holds the HR permission for cases. Section 16 of the Act makes the identities, the contents, the proceedings and the outcome confidential, and provides a penalty for disclosing them. Cases you are not entitled to see are not sent to your browser at all.

A committee that meets the composition
A Committee that does not meet what the Act prescribes has its findings open to challenge on that ground alone. The product checks the composition - a woman presiding officer, the member count, an external member from an organisation working on women's rights - rather than just storing names.

The accident register, with both clocks
An employer keeps a register of employment injuries and reports an accident to the state insurance corporation within 24 hours - of the accident itself, not of when somebody mentioned it internally. A fatal accident is notified to the Inspector as well.
