Accident register
The register of employment injuries, which has to exist and be producible on demand even in a year with no accidents. Both statutory clocks run 24 hours from the accident itself - not from when it was reported internally - so the screen tracks the deadline rather than just the incident.
Find it under People › Cases in the sidebar, at /accidents.
What the screen tells you
1 statutory report past the 24-hour deadline and not recorded as sent.
This accident was fatalA fatality is notified to the Inspector as well as to the state insurance corporation, and the entry cannot be marked finished until both are recorded.
