Your company as the law sees it - the one that holds the PAN and TAN, signs employment contracts and files the returns. Most businesses need only one; you add more when you genuinely have separate legal entities.
Find it under Workspace › Company in the sidebar, at /entities.
What the screen tells you
Most companies need only one of these. This is your company as the law sees it: the one that holds the PAN and TAN, signs employment contracts, and files the PF, ESI and tax returns. You only need a second if you genuinely have a second registered company - a group with two firms, say. If that is not you, fill this one in and move on to your offices.
