Working hours
The working-hours profile each office runs on - one per branch. The State sets the ceiling: 9 hours a day and 48 a week in most State Acts, 8 a day in Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Night-shift consents are recorded here too.

What the screen tells you
One profile per branch. The State decides the ceiling - 9 hours a day and 48 a week in most State Acts, 8 a day in Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh - and a profile above it is refused with the reason. A shorter day is always allowed.
No hours profiles yet, so the statutory position for each branch's State is being used for every calculation. Create one per branch to record what you actually work.
