Onboarding
Bringing somebody on. The statutory registrations are separated from the welcome-and-induction steps deliberately: a late induction is an inconvenience, while a provident fund or state insurance registration filed late attracts damages and interest from day one.
Find it under People › Onboarding in the sidebar, at /employee-onboarding.

What the screen tells you
Statutory first, and separately. A late induction is an inconvenience. A state-insurance registration filed on day eleven attracts damages of 5% to 25% a year plus 12% interest, and prosecution where the employee's share was deducted and not deposited — and an employee hospitalised in month one with no insured person number has no cover, so you pay the bill.
No statutory onboarding deadline is late or falls due in the next week.
Nobody has anything late or due in the next week.
No probation period ends in the next 15 days, and none has lapsed unconfirmed.Standing orders can read silence at the end of probation as deemed confirmation, so a lapsed probation is a decision already made. An extension has to be in writing before the original period ends, and only one extension is defensible.
